Our Policies
When booking a party, a $100 (Transferable, Non-refundable) deposit is charged. The party balance and any extras you purchase must be paid for the day of the party. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and cash.
If you need to cancel more than 30 days before a booked party, you may reuse your deposit and reschedule within the next 90 days. If you cancel with less than 30 days before your scheduled party, you will forfeit your deposit. We do our best to work with you on any cancellation.
No discounts for standard parties with less than 15 guests. No time adjustments for late arrivals. Parties start promptly at their scheduled time and party family agrees to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time.
WWN reserves the right to modify terms and conditions at any time. Payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance and agreement of these terms
Note: Performers in the wrestling matches are not announced prior to the date of the party, due to various booking commitments of the talent. If you are interested in guaranteeing a specific wrestler, a separate booking fee may apply.
